How it works

Built around the work that comes after the click

Each part of the page connects to a real Rankbench workflow, so visitors can move from understanding the feature to trying it.

01

Start with evidence

Connect Google Search Console and Rankbench reads the queries already bringing impressions to your site. Queries close to page one receive more attention than guesses about what people might search for.

  • Search Console queries come first
  • Rank data adds context when it is available
  • AI suggestions are labelled and limited to the remaining pool

02

Plan one month at a time

The calendar gives each day a keyword, working title, and article format. When a day is removed, its keyword returns to the pool. A nightly top-up keeps the plan moving when the calendar is configured for it.

  • One scheduled entry per day
  • A source and reason stay attached to every keyword
  • Owners can edit titles and instructions before writing

03

Move from plan to draft

On Pro, the article is written on its scheduled date. The outline, search evidence, internal link candidates, images, and house style instructions travel with the draft into the review workflow.

  • Review the brief before generation
  • Publish as a draft or to the connected CMS
  • A later CMS edit is kept as the reader's version

The workflow

A clear path from search question to published page

The product keeps the decisions together so the work does not disappear between research, writing, review, and publishing.

01

Read the source data

Start with a useful question and the evidence you can actually inspect.

02

Review the brief and next action

Keep the brief, sources, and review decision close to the draft.

03

Publish the work and check what happened

Send the finished work where it belongs and keep the result visible.
