Rankbank Pro and billing
Updated August 28, 2026
Rankbank is a community project first. The core — everything members do for each other — is free, has no trial clock, and stays that way. Pro pays for the work the machine does on your site alone.
What is free forever
- Guest posting: submitting, reviewing, approving and publishing articles.
- The link exchange, end to end: the directory, swap requests, partnerships, and the ledger of links between you and each partner.
- Link monitoring — you are told when a link you earned goes missing.
- Site verification.
- The site audit, and all of your Search Console data: clicks, impressions, trends, history.
- Content calendar planning: keyword discovery, the rolling plan, titles.
What Rankbank Pro covers
Pro covers three things, per site:
- The automated blog. The calendar writes, illustrates and publishes your articles on schedule. Your first article on every site generates free, so you can read one before paying for the rest.
- The automatic link exchange. The machine finds swaps, places links inside calendar articles, and verifies they stay live. The manual exchange stays free; pausing the automatic one is always possible, subscription or not.
- Search growth, priced in dollars. Search volume, cost-per-click and a dollar value on every suggestion, so you can sort work by what it is worth. The suggestions themselves stay free.
How pricing works
Pro is priced per site: one price for your first site and a discounted price for every additional site on the same subscription. Paying yearly takes 20% off. The exact figures, a live total for any number of sites, and checkout are on the Pricing page.
A subscription carries site slots. One slot covers one site at a time, and you choose which of your workspaces each slot covers on the Billing page — moving a slot between sites is free and immediate, and never changes what you pay.
Managing your subscription
Everything lives on Billing:
- See your plan, renewal date, and how many slots are in use.
- Cover this site and Uncover move slots between workspaces.
- Manage billing opens Stripe's secure portal, where you update your card, change how many slots you pay for, or cancel.
If you cancel, nothing about the community is taken away: your sites, partnerships, articles and data stay exactly where they are. The paid features pause at the end of the period you paid for, and the calendar goes back to planning without writing.
